Open to dentists, clinics, startups, or organizations. Nominees must submit:
- Profile and achievements (max 500 words)
- Links, media, or evidence (optional)
- Contact and basic details

Jury Review & Shortlisting
Top 3 finalists per category will be shortlisted based on criteria.
Step-3
Final Winners
Winners will be announced at the Awards Evening on Sep 20, 2025 during the summit.

Dental Growth Summit 2025 Awards Jury Evaluation Matrix
Each nomination will be scored across 4 to 5 parameters, based on the award category. Scores will be assigned on a scale of 1 to 10, with category-specific weightages.
Scoring Key:
- 1–3 = Below Average
- 4–6 = Average / Developing
- 7–8 = Good
- 9–10 = Excellent / Outstanding
